A good lip color (NARS Red Pencil), Big hair and a great statement necklace is all you need to dress up a dull outfit. for those who can't see (since this is just a selfie) I was wearing a pair of homemade ripped up jeans, sandals, and a black tank top. The necklaces, which I got from Forever 21 (I used THREE different necklaces to make this BOLD statement) and it wasn't heavy on me at all.
A little HOT but not heavy, lol
