Designer Spotlight: Alexis Phifer- "Ghita"

Alexis Phifer is known for being the “Eye candy” /Finance of Kanye West West back in the day but for me she is BEST known for her DOPE style and creations of Ghita, which is the name of her clothing label.

Ghita was launched in 2005 but, Alexis certainly has been designing way before being with the Louis Vuitton Don. Graduating from FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) in California, Phifer clearly has always had her mind set on creating a high fashion line of her own.

Ghita has been worn by some FAB celebs such as Teyana Taylor, Keyshia Cole, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Nicole Scherzinger, just to name a few. Check out her Fall 2011 collection and shop at Ghita
