Check out these HOTT Dree Fringe boots by Alexander Wang, which cost $615. These boots are hott and sheek to go with any outfit, especially for the holiday season.   I was told that Forever 21 had their own version of Alexander Wang's fringe boots for about $40 that looks exactly the same..
